  • MELT Method for Chronic Back Pain

Learn how to reduce chronic back pain with this simple self-treatment method. Using positive compression and tension techniques, you’ll rehydrate your connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system. The result? Improved alignment and muscle timing, plus reduced inflammation, joint compression, and pain. If you feel stiff in the morning, have neck, back, or shoulder pain, trouble sleeping, or feel great and want to stay that way, this class is for you. Participants should be able to get on and off the floor with little difficulty.
