I’m still reeling from my experience this past weekend in NYC for the MELT Hand/Foot Instructor Training. It was a very full three days and it was a complete honor to be a part of the TA team. It was a few years ago that I first took this training and hearing it all again was incredible.
Plus, the chance to spend time with the other wonderful TAs, and with Sue Hitzmann (MELT creator) was phenomenal.
The bottom line is that our bodies are AMAZING! There is so much we can do to empower ourselves to feel good. That’s one of the reasons I love MELT, and combining MELT with essential oils. I’d forgotten what it felt like to wake up and feel good. These tools have helped me regain that feeling. The natural solutions of MELT and essential oils have been a lifesaver for me.
Here’s what Sue had to say about the weekend….
“This past weekend, I had the privilege of training another brilliant group of 60+ new MELT Hand and Foot Instructors. We had trainees from Australia, Germany, Israel, Canada, and 12 different US states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota!
Over 3 days we explored the connective tissue and nervous systems and the effects of daily living on our bodies, and more importantly, what we can do to combat these negative effects and feel great with MELT.
Great job, everyone, keep spreading the #MELTLove and helping the world get out and stay out of pain! #MELTnation”
Have you forgotten what it feels like to feel good? If so, let’s talk!

- Oh, and this Thursday, my gal Amanda will be teaching a FREE advanced MELT workshop at ATHLETA at 8:45 am in Westport. She’ll be incorporating some of the more advanced NeuroStrength moves, so come check it out. I’m excited to be joining her.
