Join our 15 Day Ab Challenge.

How does it work?
Just do it.
Seriously, it’s as simple as that.

1. Commit to follow this work out for 15 days.
2. Go to the InterPlay Health Facebook page and post “I’m in!”  under the Ab Challenge post
3. Do the Challenge each day
4. Post “I rocked it today” (or anything else you’d prefer to say to let us know that you’ve completed your challenge for the day) on your page. You can post on your own wall, on  the InterPlay Health page (we’ll have regular reminders there about the day’s challenge), or wherever you’re social.
5. Experience stronger abs by May
