it didn’t go as well as I had hoped

Welcome to a new month, and a new season (my favorite) is around the corner.

At the beginning of August shared that I decided to choose just one thing to go all in on for August.

Fun.  Well, more like joy. But you get the idea.

I created a part time work schedule and set out to ask myself these two questions each day:

What can I do today that will bring me joy?
What can I do today that will restore my mind, body and spirit?

It didn’t go as well as I had hoped.

I’d probably give myself a B, maybe a B-, but I am a hard grader.

I did have some fun and I did work to rebalance myself, but it was a lame effort some days. Although I did get a visit in to see my nephews (that’s me and Chase playing in our pillow fort) and that definitely brings me joy.

I could list many reasons why I didn’t give myself an A, some are just simply excuses, others legit reasons that took me away from my focus.

Baby steps are required to make a shift.  There are tweaks we can make daily, habits we can practice, rituals we can establish to create a brand new rhythm.

This month I’m sharing some of the strategies I use regularly to regain my rhythm

If you’re feeling restless, unfocused, anxious about this season, consider joining us to find your rhythm this fall.

You’ll identify what one choice would be most impactful for you this season, and explore how to create internal support through your mindset and energy, and how to make choices about your time and environment to foster your success. I’ll even be sharing my September plan.
