Group cleanse begins January 3rd or you are welcome to begin on your own time.
How it works:
- Purchase the Cleanse & Restore kit. (Shipping will take approximately one week unless you pay extra for faster shipping, so be sure to order early.)
- Send your purchase confirmation to Kristen@interplayhealth.com. You will receive a FREE copy of the 3-Day Essential Health CLen Eating Guide to get you started.
- You will be added to our Closed Facebook group and invited to participate in a kick off call that will be recorded and available to you.
- Follow the Cleanse Protocol – this will be posted in the Facebook Group and can be e-mailed to you by request.
- For best results, eat as clean as possible. You will NOT be asked to eliminate any food group…however we highly recommend limiting processed foods and eating clean during this time. We ask ONLY that you listen to your body.
- Check the Facebook group for support, recipes, updates, reminders, and other helpful information included there each day.
