Limiting beliefs. Those are some pesky suckers.
We have about 60,000 thoughts a day, and most of them are on repeat.
Often they are not thoughts praising ourselves and telling ourselves what great parents we are, what successful business women (or men) we are, how good we look, how fit we are…..
Nope….they are often critical thoughts of how we are lacking, not measuring up, or failing.
Those limiting beliefs can truly shape our lives, our futures, our destinies.
It’s essential to break the pattern .
Begin by identifying them. What are your top three limiting beliefs?
How have they held you back? How have they shaped your current circumstances?
Now, once you have identified them, how can you reframe them?
Rewrite these three beliefs in a new supportive and positive light.
This weekend I attended a fabulous workshop, aptly titled I Am Fabulous with the incomparable Desiree Mangandog.
One of the many things we explored was using essential oils protocols to help clear these limiting beliefs. Oils can be powerful for that purpose, however, working with a good therapist, or perhaps a coach depending on issues can be vital too.
