Last night we had planned a workshop, and even though we were a bit late getting the word out, we had a few sign-ups.
As the universe would have it, they were all no-shows.
A few years ago I would have felt like Peter Brady when no one came to his birthday party.
I would’ve taken it personally, and been deflated.
Instead, I had a wonderful evening with two of my colleagues chatting and brainstorming. The salon owner even hung out with us for a while and it was really nice to have time for conversation.
As a bonus, my friend did my hair, which was an awesome gift.
When things don’t go as planned….
Make lemonade.
Let someone do your hair.
And know that the universe always has your back and everything unfolds in perfect order.
