When was the last time you felt FABULOUS?
I talk to women every day, and unfortunately many of us don’t feel so fabulous most of the time. (And no, men aren’t immune from this, but my frame of reference is obviously as a woman, and with a predominately female customer base and team).
I’m seeking to create more of that feeling in my life. Teaching the webinar, as well as participating myself has definitely begun to create a shift.
For me a lot of the shift has been about releasing. I’m on a HUGE declutter mission. Releasing old stuff, releasing old thoughts, releasing the things that don’t serve me.
This pic of me was taken in September. I know I had other fab moments, but scrolling through my photos this one really jumped out. Joy. Freedom. Confidence. Beautiful. Inspired. Lots of feels. More, please.
It’s important to identify the feeling you want to have, and if you’ve had it before, visualize how it felt. All of it. Sights, sounds, tastes, smells…feel it in your body.
